Customer Service Reviewer

We are seeking a Customer Service Reviewer to visit retail outlets and report back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness etc. This work involves posing as a customer whilst making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet. Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

This role offers the opportunity to provide valuable feedback to our clients and help them understand the experience they are delivering to their customers.

Job Responsibilities:
