The Position
  • Mentor and develop a small team to achieve collective goals.
  • Oversee costs and provide timely financial reporting.
  • Cater for retail and functions at the highest level, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are satisfied.
  • Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a comparable environment is necessary.
  • Be commercially astute and able to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build strong connections with various stakeholders.
  • Take initiatives and work independently.
  • Lead proactively and professionally, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, and training.
