We are on a mission to revolutionize compliance solutions by harnessing the power of cutting-edge technology.

Ours is an agile company pioneering a new generation legal compliance solution for marketers, disrupting outdated assumptions and making compliance seamless.

We are transforming our established Java-based application by integrating Large and Small Language Models and Machine Learning techniques to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

The Role:

  • Refactor and enhance our existing Java application to integrate Large and Small Language Models and ML components.
  • Lead technical decision-making and contribute directly to the design, implementation, and deployment of new functionalities.
  • Experiment hands-on with state-of-the-art AI/ML frameworks and technologies.
  • Proactively suggest and implement innovative solutions and approaches.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A solid commercial Java developer with at least 4 years of experience, preferably with Spring or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Python and eagerness to expand your skills.
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in Language Models, NLP, or Machine Learning.
  • Desire to take ownership and thrive in a smaller, impact-driven team environment.
