Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Contracts Administrator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ongoing contract administration, focusing on head contract management. This includes selecting appropriate downstream forms of agreement and negotiating final terms for downstream contracts, considering risk allocation and upstream obligations.

The successful candidate will also prepare contractual correspondence and provide contractual advice, agree payment claims, notify variation/EOT claims, and manage registers.

Maintenance of registers for variations, claims, insurances, securities, etc., is also essential.

Additionally, the individual will assess, certify, and process payment claims, forecast cost and revenue on a monthly basis, and guide and coach team members.
