Job Description

This role involves working as a fitter in our Mining Assembly division, where you'll be responsible for delivering new machine site builds, ensuring all tasks are completed as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping within your designated area.
  2. Work closely with the mining assembly supervisor and leading hand to guarantee that customer expectations are exceeded and delivery targets are achieved.
  3. Transport and assemble mining machines on-site.
  4. Perform routine maintenance of build tooling, containers, and Hydraulic Power Pack units.
Requirements
  1. Strongly demonstrate and uphold our HCA Safety Culture.
  2. Hold relevant Australian mobile plant trade qualifications.
  3. Previous experience working with the assembly, overhaul, repair, and servicing of mechanical and hydraulic components on construction and/or mining equipment.
  4. Necessary certifications, including Forklift/Dogging/Rigging/EWP and Working at Heights.
