About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Dentist to join our modern dental practice on a full-time basis at National Dental Care Mawson Lakes. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services that meet our exceptional standards of patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work as part of a cohesive team to deliver seamless and caring dental experiences to patients;
  • To maintain high clinical standards and adhere to infection control procedures;
  • To engage with patients to understand their needs and concerns;
  • To communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals;
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry through ongoing professional development;
  • To work collaboratively with the practice management team to achieve business objectives;
  • To provide support and guidance to junior staff members as needed;
  • To contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice through suggestions and recommendations;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Dentist in Australia;
  • CEREC experience is advantageous but not essential;
  • Current unconditional AHPRA registration;
  • An appropriate qualification recognized by the Dental Board of Australia;
  • Current professional indemnity insurance;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development;
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and service;
