Job Description:As a Channel Lead at Shell Energy, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth through indirect sales channels.
You'll be responsible for managing performance to forecast indirect sales activities, creating and executing effective strategies to drive sales through third-party channels, and ensuring successful execution of these strategies.
You'll also lead the periodic review of performance from an integrated perspective, identifying opportunities and risks, and working with internal stakeholders to take appropriate actions to capitalize on opportunities or mitigate risks.
- Onboarding New Channels: You'll conduct continuous research, due diligence, and assessment of potential third-party channels to enhance our indirect sales capability and resilience.
- Sales and Market Position Analysis: You'll closely monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales performance and evaluate the effectiveness of third-party channels to identify areas for improvement and strategize ways to optimize the company's market position.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Analytical skills to analyze sales data, market trends, and channel performance.
- Strategic thinking to develop and implement channel strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
