Early Childhood Educator Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and care of young children in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Position

We are seeking a qualified educator to work on a part-time basis, providing exceptional early childhood education and care to children attending our Preschool based in Orange. As an educator, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with children, contribute to continuous improvement in our operations, and participate in professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing positive relationships with children at the service
  • Assisting in implementing policies and associated procedures
  • Contributing toward continuous improvement in all areas of the service's operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III or higher in Children's Services
  • Current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to undertake travel
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Statement of Attainment for the course 'Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk' CHCPRT001
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
