About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Business Partner to join our team at Zinfra, a leading provider of critical infrastructure services. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our safety culture and ensuring compliance with Australian HSE legislative frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a workplace HSE culture characterized by risk-based systems and proactive behaviors.
  • Take accountability for coordinating, organizing, and implementing various HSE projects, programs, and initiatives within assigned business areas.
  • Offer professional advice, coaching, support, and guidance to management and staff on all HSE policies, processes, and issues.
  • Support the interpretation and adoption of HSE legislation and assist the business with safety regulatory requirements and interfaces.
  • Coach and influence leaders to advocate for a positive and resilient safety culture.
About You

You will bring a unique combination of skills and experience to this role. Ideally, you'll have demonstrated expertise in risk management, safety leadership, and regulatory compliance. Your ability to engage and influence key stakeholders will be essential in embedding a mature safety culture.

A tertiary or diploma-level qualification in Training, Health & Safety, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will enable you to produce clear, concise, and accurate HSE reporting.

As a seasoned professional, you will possess exceptional risk management skills, including AS4801 familiarity. Proven leadership in incident investigations and root cause analysis will also be valuable assets in this role.
