We are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Team.

This role is designed for an individual who wants to develop their skills in recruitment from the ground up by understanding our approach and receiving hands-on training.

The scope of this role includes:

  • Preparing and placing advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
  • Advertising vacancies, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Scheduling and facilitating interviews, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Conducting reference checks.
  • Maintaining our database of candidates.
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Having strong multitasking and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Having a positive attitude and being highly motivated.
  • Being able to organize and manage your time effectively.
  • Working autonomously and prioritizing a large workload.
