We are a service provider dedicated to recruiting compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers who assist individuals with disabilities to live a dignified life.

We tailor our support to each participant's needs, promoting independence and encouraging them to achieve their goals.

Our Opportunity:

We offer a contractual basis for Disability Support Workers, allowing them to work as sole traders and have more control over their role.

This means you will receive a higher hourly rate, have more choice and control over your working hours, and have the flexibility to undertake the type of service you prefer.

  • You will have access to an on-call customer service team, including qualified Registered Nurses, who can act as your mentor.

Job Details:

We regularly receive new roles with various shifts, including afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays, which may attract additional allowances.

Some roles may require transporting participants to access the community, for which you will receive a transport allowance.

Requirements:

  • You will need to have an ABN, which is free and can be used anywhere you choose to contract yourself.
  • You will need to provide proof of your right to work in Australia, such as Australian Citizenship or a valid visa.
  • You will need to have relevant Australian qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • You will need to have a current Police Clearance, which must be obtained within 3 years.
  • You will need to have First Aid and CPR certificates, which must be obtained within 3 years and 1 year, respectively.
  • You will need to complete the Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'.
