Job Summary
We are currently recruiting experienced Auto Electricians for our leading mining client's DIDO contracts in the Mid West region of Western Australia. This is a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster, FIFO Perth based opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing, repairing, and diagnosing auto electrical faults on various earthmoving and haulage machinery, primarily Excavators, Dozers, and Loaders.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to Apprentices and Trade Assistants – sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Maintaining the quality of work performed, adhering to industry standards.
- Ensuring a high level of safety compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Working autonomously or as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in more than one of the following: Cat, Liebherr, Hitachi, Komatsu, and John Deere equipment.
- Trade experience in a mining or civil engineering environment on large-scale equipment.
- Australian recognised Trade Qualification (preferably Certificate III in Automotive Electrical).
- Current C class Drivers Licence.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard.
- A proven commitment to and compliance with site safety standards.
