The Role

The Coach plays a vital role in delivering our Employment Services Strategy, centered on improving sustainable employment outcomes for individuals with disabilities.

This position involves mentoring participants to overcome barriers by developing tailored plans and fostering a work-ready mindset.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure each participant's individual needs and aspirations are at the forefront of your focus
  2. Support a caseload of participants, providing guidance and direction
  3. Achieve individual and team KPIs in line with organizational requirements
  4. Deliver coaching and support to participants based on our Service Delivery Model
  5. Build rapport and trust with participants, developing tailored action plans
  6. Connect participants with internal and external training services
  7. Work collaboratively with business specialists to engage with inclusive employers and identify job opportunities
  8. Create sustainable job opportunities and career paths for participants
