Engineering Standards Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Standards Specialist to support the development and delivery of operational engineering standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to ensuring Australia's energy future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engineering standards that align with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and operational standards are met.
  • Manage and maintain technical authority frameworks to support assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on technical compliance through performance metrics.
  • Support capability development and foster collaboration across engineering teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in engineering standards, technical governance, or assurance within a complex operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of assurance processes, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to lead work in and influence cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.
  • Effective communicator with a track record of building collaborative relationships across operational and project-focused teams.
