Carer Trainee Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Carer Trainee in our Greensborough care home.

This part-time role offers the opportunity to undertake formal training and on-the-job supports, leading to a qualification outcome in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).

The traineeship will provide you with a mix of remote-based learning, face-to-face instruction, and on-the-job assessment. You will be supported by our valued training partner and will have access to all necessary tools to achieve your career goals.

Upon completion of the traineeship, you may transition into a full-time or part-time Carer role within the care home.

To be eligible for this role, you must have valid work rights in Australia and be either an Australian Citizen or a permanent resident.
