Job Title:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing retail and education team. As a Retail and Education Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in retail partner stores.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be based in Queensland, reporting to our head office in Sydney. You will be responsible for ensuring retail growth performance instore and meeting store and state targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring product and services sales growth in retail partner stores
  • Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans with teams to ensure goals are met
  • Building and maintaining relationships with retail partners
  • Monitoring stock levels and consistently reporting to head office
Management:

As a Retail and Education Leader, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team of Counter Managers, Beauty Advisors, and Brow Experts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing individual and team results using monitoring tools
  • Participating in store activities and leading by example
  • Analysing region category performance and taking strategic action to improve sell-through
  • Managing team rosters and recruiting vacant positions
Education:

You will identify training needs and address them liaising with the Head of Education. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing in-store training and upskilling of team members
  • Coaching team members on customer service
  • Participating in retailer training plans
Marketing/Merchandising:

You will roll out the trade marketing plan to ensure successful sales dynamics and strong product launches. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring stores comply with merchandising recommendations
  • Ensuring counters comply with hygiene practices
