Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of motor claims and handle inbound/outbound calls
  • Provide timely and courteous service to customers
  • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and achieve best possible outcomes for customers
Requirements
  • High level of customer service experience, preferably in a claims environment
  • Insurance knowledge or background is highly desirable
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence to learn new systems and software
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork attitude
