">About Our Business
">We are a well-established leader in women's fashion, with 30 years of experience in providing exceptional styling and customer service. Our store offers a vast range of products, from swimwear and sleepwear to occasion wear and active wear. We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in leading and developing the team, exceeding KPIs, and maintaining our high standards.
">The Role
">As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service and styling tips to customers">
- Being stylish, confident, and taking pride in your appearance">
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and other KPIs">
- Assisting with training, development, and succession of sales team members">
- Contributing to a positive team environment with energy and enthusiasm">
- Being a brand ambassador for our label">
- Creating and ensuring superior visual merchandising standards within the store">
