Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive and process inventory shipments
  • Provide excellent customer service through timely and courteous assistance
  • Effectively manage and maintain visual merchandise displays
  • Assist in maintaining store appearance and organization
  • Operate cash register and complete transactions accurately
  • Process returns and exchanges efficiently and professionally
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless store operations

Requirements:

  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to lift and maneuver heavy loads of stock and equipment
  • Maturity and prior retail experience an asset
  • Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays
