Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients with life-limiting illnesses
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate and expert care
- Monitor patients and educate families on symptom management and support services
- Work a variety of shifts across a seven-day work week, including day, evening, and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a similar nursing role (Palliative Care, Acute Medical, Oncology, or Aged Care)
- Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Cabrini Health Limited
- Excellent assessment, communication, and time management skills
