Job Overview: As a calibration professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the precision and reliability of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) in vehicles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic Analysis: Identify faults in ADAS systems using specialized equipment and tools to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Component Repair: Replace or repair faulty components such as sensors, cameras, and wiring harnesses.
  • Calibration Services: Ensure accurate system calibration after repairs or component changes using state-of-the-art techniques and equipment.
  • Coding and Programming: Configure or reprogram ADAS systems following repairs or updates.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document completed work and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of automotive systems, particularly ADAS technologies.
  • Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Ability to use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Calibration Expertise: In-depth knowledge of calibration procedures and the use of specialized tools for various ADAS sensors and systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively convey technical information to colleagues and customers.

Qualifications and Experience: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology required. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role or industry is mandatory.
