Regional Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Manager to lead our Human Resources team in the Pilbara region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our regional executives and teams, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver HR services across the region.
- Provide high-level HR advice and support to regional executives and teams.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve service delivery.
- Substantial experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering HR services and initiatives that drive business results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
