As a successful Credit Management Officer, you will:

  • Have extensive experience in customer service/credit management environment.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and customer-centric behaviours.
  • Communicate effectively through interpersonal skills to enable efficient, effective, and compassionate service delivery and teamwork in various circumstances.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of computer systems and applications.
