We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our restaurant operations in Sydney CBD.

Mad Mex is driven by a passion to share the food and culture of Mexico with our customers every day. With over 70 restaurants across Australia, we're focused on making and sharing the world's best burrito.

About the Role

As our Business Manager, you'll be responsible for forecasting sales, managing stock, driving your team, and building your business by delivering fantastic service and the World's Best Burritos. You will also be responsible for recruitment, team engagement & driving culture while living and breathing the Mad Mex values.

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a can-do attitude. They should be comfortable taking ownership of the business and making decisions that drive success. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop through exposure to experienced Leaders and Regional Operations Managers.
