We are seeking a seasoned security leader to oversee our on-site security team and drive operational excellence.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced supervisor to leverage their expertise in security management, leadership, and customer service to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support the on-site security team, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
- Conduct thorough inductions for new staff, aligning with our organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and advise on disciplinary actions as needed.
- Ensure contract compliance and maintain high standards of quality control.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our operations team.
- Operate and maintain all site-specific security equipment.
- Proven experience in supervisory roles within the security industry.
- Calm and confident leadership under pressure.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of security protocols and procedures.
