Healthcare Specialist

This role involves collecting samples with care and attention at the forefront of patient care. The responsibilities include filling available shifts, keeping meticulous records, delivering documentation within strict turnaround times, preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing, and liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers.
About This Role- You will cover scheduled or unplanned absences at different Collection Clinics and in Hospital environments.
- You may also work as a Registered Nurse looking for regular daytime shifts.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy/Certificate III in Pathology Collection or a healthcare background.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel.
- Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa holder.
- Evidence of vaccine preventable diseases such as Hepatitis B.
