**Warehouse Operations Manager Role**

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee daily warehouse activities in Karratha, WA. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring workloads, and ensuring efficient execution of tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise warehouse staff and monitor daily workloads to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee receipt, dispatch, and delivery operations to ensure quality and quantity standards are met.
  • Verify loads before dispatch and conduct spot checks on received goods.
  • Liaise with transport vendors as site contact.
  • Identify and address inventory discrepancies and relocation opportunities.
  • Conduct regular physical inventories and maintain accurate records.
  • Resolve inventory issues promptly.
  • Monitor and report non-conforming products.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift Licence.
  • 5-10 years experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and software knowledge, including MS Excel and MS Word.
