We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to join our team at David Jones Bondi Concession. Our client is a pioneer in men's designer fashion and we are looking for someone with the skills and confidence to lead their team.

Job Description

This role will involve leading the way with your team - you believe that managers have the most impact on the shop floor and understand how to create a VIP standard of service that keeps customers returning. You will work to achieve your KPIs as a store and individual, taking ownership of results, building the client base, and managing all operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer.
  • A thorough understanding of all KPIs and in-store financials.
  • Professional and results-focused leadership style.
  • The ability to problem-solve, look for areas of opportunity, and drive the business as your own.
  • Up-to-date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear.
