Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our products and equipment.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Welshpool location. You will be required to travel to customer sites across WA as needed.

About the Role

  • Conduct regular maintenance and service repairs on product and equipment.
  • Support with on and off-site inspections of lifting equipment (including test and tag).
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide relevant advice on quality products.
  • 100% commitment to personal and business safety.
  • Ability to liaise with and work on customer sites.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Customer focus and the ability to develop strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work within a physically demanding role.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
  • Relevant tickets/licenses including Dogging AND Working at heights highly desirable.
