Job Title: SAP BTP Technical Architect

We are seeking a skilled technical architect with strong and deep technical expertise in SAP BTP development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting existing applications in the SAP BTP platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

You will play a crucial role in understanding the current client landscape, design and architecture, and identifying improvements to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet requirements.

  • Support scalable, modular, and cloud-native applications using Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) with Node.js, Java, and SQL.
  • Provide strategic direction and delivery of related architecture, design, and implementation of SAP BTP based solutions.
  • Support SAP BTP related activities mainly CAPM, Build work zone, Mobile start, MDK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guide development teams, enforce best practices, and collaborate across SAP modules.
  2. Architecture Governance: Define standards, best practices, and development guidelines for SAP BTP projects.
  3. Performance & Security: Conduct technical reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.
  4. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  5. Perform design and code reviews, unit testing, and support integration and user acceptance testing.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in SAP development, with at least 2 years on CAPM.
  3. Strong understanding of overall SAP principles and practices as per SAP clean core.
  4. Mix of advisory plus hands on requirement.
  5. Experience with Fiori/UI5 development and integration.
  6. Good knowledge and experience in one or more functional modules like SD, MM, FICO, EAM, PS, ISU etc.
  7. In depth knowledge and experience in Fiori, BTP and integration with 3rd parties.
