Project Lead Opportunity

A highly skilled professional is sought to oversee the delivery of complex projects and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management, with expertise in administering head contracts, negotiating subcontracts, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Manage project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues through proactive communication with stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to succeed
  • Design and implement effective construction methodologies that deliver results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Monitor and manage project expenditure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior project management roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience using project management software
