Job Title: Glass Surface Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Glass Surface Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness on all glass surfaces.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have excellent communication skills. You will work closely with your team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and ensure that all glass surfaces are clean and sparkling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of glass surface cleaning specialists
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning strategies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of work to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment (up to 25kg)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Police Certificate, White Card, and Working with Children Card or willingness to obtain these

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Certification in window cleaning or a related field
