We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to join our team at Estia Health. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lending a hand with daily life activities, ensuring our residents feel heard, comfortable, and well-fed;
- Working collaboratively with our team to support residents with challenging needs;
- Helping to keep residents' bodies and minds active through various activities and programs;
- Monitoring and maintaining residents' health, including administering medication under the guidance of a registered nurse;
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents;
- Maintaining the dignity and privacy of each resident.
You will be an integral part of our team and will work closely with our staff to deliver high-quality care and services. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care;
- Experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role;
- Solid clinical documentation and computer skills;
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
