Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a skilled Lead Educator to oversee our educational practice at Little Beginnings Kolodong. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the growth and development of young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality educational programs that foster confidence, creativity, literacy, numeracy, STEM, and wellbeing in children from birth to age five.
  • To work collaboratively with other educators and staff to ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience for all children.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with families and communities to promote a sense of belonging and support.
  • To stay up-to-date with best practices in early education and implement evidence-informed approaches to enhance program quality.

About You:

  • You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree.
  • You have a current Working with Children's Check or are willing to obtain one.
  • You possess a current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or are willing to obtain one.
