Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients in hospitals across the Gold Coast
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Minimum 12 months of recent experience in acute A&E in Australia or reciprocal country
- Provide 2 recent clinical referees from Accident and Emergency
- Available for AM/PM/ND Shifts
- Available minimum one shift a fortnight
- IV Medication competent an advantage
- Evidence of immunity to Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Pertussis (within the last 2 years)
- 2x COVID-19 and Influenza
- Recent QLD HEALTH IEMR competent for some facilities highly regarded
