We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

You will be responsible for assisting with delivering financial targets, creating a warm and genuine customer service experience, and building a team that is empowered to exceed.

In this role, you will drive a customer-centric culture, assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity, support the manager, and inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer engagement and satisfaction by ensuring all customers have an exceptional experience.
  • Assist in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Support the manager in managing performance, productivity, training, and development of the team.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
Attributes and Qualifications
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
