Job Description

We seek an accomplished Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 150-property portfolio. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can drive growth, maintain high service standards, and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
  • Manage and mentor the property management team, coordinating on-the-ground tasks effectively.
  • Act as primary liaison between tenants and property owners, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Address tenant requests, oversee property maintenance, repairs, and scheduled plans promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and conduct regular audits.
  • Achieve financial objectives by overseeing rent collection, expense management, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to strategically grow and improve the department.
  • Lead leasing campaigns, ensuring minimal vacancy through competitive advertising and negotiation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in property management with a proven track record of leadership.
  • Ideally a Class 2 Licence.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on client relationships.
  • Proficient in property management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
