Community & Employee Giving Specialist

This role involves managing the workplace giving framework, known as Collective Giving, and contributing to the development of social impact measurement and community investment reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a coordinated and strategic focus on community investments, including partnerships, implementation, management, and review
  • Develop, implement, and monitor administrative, financial, and management systems to ensure best practice in community investment
  • Develop and maintain cooperative, productive, and professional working relationships with key stakeholders to achieve a strategic approach to community investment advice and information
  • Assist with the execution of the Group's community investment accountabilities and governance, including organizing papers for committees and working groups, and supporting impact reporting
  • Coordinate communications around various community investment activities and milestones, including community partner activation planning and management
  • Day-to-day management of Collective Giving (employee giving framework), including vendor management, employee volunteering, payroll giving matching, reporting, and governance
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management, ensuring timely and efficient execution of initiatives
  • Effective stakeholder management, fostering productive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Budget management expertise to maintain financial accountability within community investment activities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and impactful information dissemination
  • Attention to detail and strong prioritisation skills, ensuring accuracy and focus on critical tasks
