We are seeking a skilled Keno Game Specialist to join our team in Darwin, the tropical capital of the Northern Territory. As a leading entertainment destination, we offer an exciting and dynamic work environment with a range of benefits.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our loyalty program, and maintaining machine integrity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting guests, ensuring they understand Keno game rules and responding to queries regarding payouts
  • Actively promoting our loyalty program to recruit new team members and identify potential VIP customers
  • Maintaining machine integrity by monitoring for suspicious activity and reporting faults
  • Assisting in implementing promotions and marketing initiatives to increase player engagement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in delivering superior customer service
  • Experience in a Keno or TAB environment is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
  • RSA, RSG, and Food Safety certifications
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain a Casino Operatives Licence
