Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our team.

This is a flexible/remote-friendly position, and we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior leaders by applying structured problem-solving to complex challenges
  • Drive long-term strategic initiatives and lead projects from ideation to execution
  • Identify and size opportunities using financial modelling and develop actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, finance, product, marketing, and sales teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in financial modelling and data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Able to structure problems and develop compelling narratives and recommendations
  • Strong business acumen, especially around profitability and growth in a technology or SaaS context
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting to and working with senior leaders
  • A self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and driving work independently
  • Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in technology
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in B2B SaaS business models
  • Knowledge of developer, project management, or productivity tools markets
