As a commercial litigator, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex disputes and investigations.

Your Role

You will advise our clients on:

  • Commercial and contractual disputes
  • Class actions
  • Regulatory inquiries and investigations
  • Corporate crime
  • Risk and compliance advisory
  • Taxation disputes & Investigations
  • Arbitration
  • Internal investigations
About You

You will have:

  • Strong technical legal skills in core disputes areas, including legal research and court procedure
  • Experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and/or regulatory investigations, ideally from a leading firm
  • An ability to manage large matters effectively
  • Experience and enthusiasm participating in business development activities
  • A desire and ability to grow, both as a commercial litigator and leader
  • An ability to establish a professional profile and internal networks
  • A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks
  • A willingness to build an understanding of clients and develop effective working relationships
