Commercial Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to join our team at Lactalis Australia.

As a Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer profitability, evaluating trade spend effectiveness, and supporting the month-end close processes. You will also assist in the build of P&Ls and business cases, and support the monthly forecast process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer profitability analysis and evaluation of trade spend effectiveness
  • Supporting the Month end close processes for example journals, channel performance evaluation and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support the monthly forecast process
  • Assist in the build of P&Ls and business cases
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial & marketing budgets
  • Business partnering with the liquids sales and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Studying towards becoming a CPA or CA
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with the ERP SAP is desirable but not a necessity
