Key Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership position that drives growth and customer outcomes in Trade & Working Capital Lending products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the lending product strategy to deliver business and customer results while managing risks effectively.
  • Lead the lending team to achieve outcomes aligned with the trade banking strategy by:
  • Managing end-to-end product and process management;
  • Simplifying products and enhancing market-leading customer experiences;
  • Setting strategic direction and driving change;
  • Driving technology and operational excellence; and optimising portfolio performance.
Requirements
  • Experience and knowledge of banking, lending, and product management.
  • Proven ability to manage operational and credit risk within relevant frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience fostering high-performance environments.

As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes in Trade & Working Capital Lending products. You will develop and execute the lending product strategy, manage end-to-end product and process management, and drive technology and operational excellence.
