Job Description
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and determining how we can assist them.
  • Qualify leads, book appointments with expert brokers, and play a key role in connecting customers with our property solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
  • Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).
  • A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.
  • Drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise earning potential.
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
