This role aligns with Assurance Innovation teams developing products related to emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain.
It drives high-quality audits by converging into one next-generation platform.
Responsibilities- Develop exciting products and user experiences with tech product managers, UX designers and business analysts.
- Establish robust business cases for tech products to ensure capabilities create value for the organisation, enhance experience and realise efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal methodology and certification teams to understand how products fit within Audit and Assurance methodologies and standards.
- Build relationships with tech counterparts to ensure products are designed and developed in a robust way.
- Deploy and activate products, monitor performance and gather user feedback.
- Contribute to service design and drive ongoing iteration of product upgrades.
Ideally, you'll have skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience of working in an Assurance role or alongside accountants/auditors.
- Excellent project or product management skills with ability to lead teams.
- Experience in presenting technology to clients and articulating strategic objectives and technical detail.
- Strong attention to detail required in a regulated environment.
- Curiosity for topics such as user experience design, emerging technologies and innovation.
