Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Field Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing cash management systems, including ATMs and cash payment technologies. You will work closely with our Field Manager and a specialist technical support team to ensure the smooth operation of our devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs on a range of cash management systems
  • Attending various sites to maintain and repair devices
  • Commissioning, configuring, and testing devices
  • Troubleshooting technical issues

Requirements

  • Desire to repair equipment with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Computer skills
  • Prior electro-mechanical experience advantageous
  • Great ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Valid driver's license
