Job Opportunity for a Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced clinical research professional to join our team in conducting clinical monitoring and site management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing and coordinating all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management, including conducting remote or on-site visits, managing required documentation, and ensuring that trial systems are updated per agreed study conventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk-based monitoring activities to identify site processes failure and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure data accuracy through source document verification, data validation, and case report form review.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites and provide support to ensure smooth trial conduct.
  • Act as a site process specialist, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and SOPs.
  • Maintain and complete administrative tasks such as expense reports and timesheets in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences related field or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in clinical research monitoring, preferably in oncology.
  • Valid driver's license and Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
