Job Title: Assembly Specialist

We are seeking skilled labourers to work on day shift at Acacia Ridge, commencing at 6am.

You will be responsible for assisting in the assembly of cold room doors within a factory setting.

  • Verify blueprints and confirm the required parts prior to commencement of assembly.
  • Conduct thorough checks to ensure accurate connections, documenting any discrepancies in an assembly log.
  • Inform supervisors of any defects or issues related to equipment or parts, ensuring prompt response.
  • Maintain open communication with other stations on the assembly line to guarantee maximum efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment as necessary.
  • Assemble cold room doors accurately, efficiently and in accordance with approved specifications.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with power and hand tools is advantageous.
  • Basic mathematical and communication skills are essential.
  • Good understanding of health and safety principles is mandatory.
  • Able to comprehend quality control techniques.
  • Demonstrate ability to work precisely, carefully, patiently, responsibly, swiftly and attentively.
