About the Role

As a pharmacist in this role, you will be part of a close-knit team delivering high-quality care to patients with diverse medical needs. You will rotate between clinical areas and dispensary across the year, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to review patient medications, provide clinical advice, and facilitate smooth transitions in medicine regimens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance to nursing and medical staff on patient medication management
  • Support patients and carers in adjusting to changes in their medication regimens, ensuring optimal health outcomes
  • Work independently while being open to seeking advice from colleagues when needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing
