EnerMech is seeking a highly skilled Integrity Management NDT Coordinator to join our team in the Henderson office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution

Develop and execute project plans to meet or exceed profitability and growth objectives, covering scope, schedule, rosters, and resources.

Training and Development

Create and implement a training plan to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize utilization, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with stakeholders across EnerMech, including customers and technicians, to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Technical Reporting and Compliance

Record test results and prepare technical reports, ensuring compliance with NATA and ISO standards.

Team Supervision and Management

Supervise and direct technicians, manage equipment cleaning, calibration, and maintenance, and oversee project execution.

Client Liaison and Business Development

Liaise with clients to clarify work scopes and testing methods, handle scheduling, timesheets, and DPR approvals, and identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Proposal and Quote Preparation

Prepare and present proposals and quotes, and stay updated on NDT technology advancements through supplier and vendor interactions.

Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and/or experience in NDT methods and supervision, with Level 3 NDT qualifications a bonus.

Industry Experience

5+ years of relevant industry experience, with a strong understanding of Non-Destructive Testing Techniques and Procedures.

Technical Skills

Proficient in PC skills, particularly with MS Office software and SharePoint, and skilled in preparing various reports, including compliance reports, proposals, client reports, and technical reports.

Leadership and Management

Dedicated to safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, with managerial or supervisory experience in testing, inspection, or Integrity Management services.

Business Acumen

Strong knowledge and ability to implement safety and environmental legislation and licensing conditions, and committed to fostering a high-performance culture.
